    air cooler extended swinger

    i'm in the process of rebuilding my83 r and setting it up for drag and i need to know if anyone makes an extended swingarm for it.

    I dont know of anyone who makes aftermarket swing arms for the old air coolers anymore but if you have a stock swing arm any compitant fabrication shop can stretch it and box it for ya, another option I can think of is go to www.inlandatv.com and get there phone number and ask if they have one in there junkyard. thats where I got my stretched swinger for my X. Ebay is the only other option I know of.

    i know where i can get an 83-84 250r durablue swingarm.i do not know what the size is but i think its a +2.it is also new so it wont be cheap.let me know your price range before i try to locate it.PM or email me anytime.

    i have a buddy that ahs one on his 83 that is +6 and it is either completely custom or someone used to manufacture it. thanx for offering to help 3tigers but i'm looking for +8 to +12 to keep this beast down on the asphalt

    you wont find an old +12 just extend your stock one, its not hard.
