he wants alot to do this mod, I really do't think my 200x is worth $450 to put in an addition spark plug, I'm gonna ask a local machine shop if he can do it. And then bring it to my atv shop to be ported(he already thinks I'm crazy for putting any money into a 200x)

Putting the other plug in is the easy part. Porting it like Tom done mine would be impossible without seeing an original to look at. The porting on that thing was unbelievable! He didn't just go in there and open everything up. He completely reshaped the intake side. If memory serves me correct, it had a huge hump in it, kinda like a lump port design. It wasn't just simply hogged out.

I looked at my cracked 200x head and I don't see how he put a addition plug in. where that area is, is where the timing chain is. does he use a really long spark plug???? and how does he prevent the timing chain from hitting the plug?

    deathman53,

The second plug is located just under the cam sprocket. The angle is a tad different from the stock plug, but it does go in there nicely!
