    by average i mean my three SXs top speeds added and divided by 3. the one will do 49 since it has so much stuff on it, the other will do 53, and my fast one will do 57. lol and NONE of them have brakes.

    I drove my old 200es for a year with no breaks. You get used to it after a while, but now after having breaks I dont know how I lived without them

    a few years ago, i weighed about 130 lbs or so, I clocked my 84 200s at 92.7km/h on my GPS. It's completly stock.

    they arnt very heavy, and plus i was pretty light. so if your 250lbs, dont expect it to go that fast, haha

    o wait, it wasnt completly stock, it has a cobra exhaust, but it was never rejetted for the pipe

    my 200e seems to move along alright, can keep up with utility four wheelers, never clocked it but next time im around and my friend has his gps on him ill take a look. i also have no rear brakes, very little front brakes, and one bum tire, so it kinda sucks going fast.
    1983 Honda ATC 200x-shes a beater

    Past Rides:
    1982 ATC Big Red 200e (miss it more than i thought i would)
    1985 200x rode it for about a mile

    That makes no difference what so ever. The E might get there quicker but the top speed is totally dependent on two things, the gearing and the size tires on.

    Whether you weigh 130 or 200 if your both at redline that's all it's going to do.

    The 130 guy will get there quicker but won't have a higher top speed.

    I don't totally agree.

    Less weight.. less wind resistance.. etc...... will get you a few more mph.
    Currently :

    82 ATC - 200, plain jane, almost mint. ( Sold, 03-17-2005)
    84 ATC - 200 ES, Jimmy-Rigged, don't ask.( Sold, 03-17-2005)
    85 ATC - 250 SX, Pride and Joy, Bottom-Less Money Pit.
    84 125 M - The Mini-SX not running yet. but won't be long.
