Thinking about selling....need price quote W/Pics

I have a 1984 200es, I live down here in south texas. I am looking for a price to sell this at. The condition it is in is pretty rough. The frame is rusty (maybe some body) the rear rack is rusted out, needs front brakes(cable and handle), rear brakes work only by foot brake. starts up and runs by pull starter and electric starter great. carb may need a rebuild (overflows sometimes). plastic is there but the front is a little cracked and rear is sun faded. tires are in pretty decent shape needs some slime in it goes low about every week. It has the front rack and some gun racks on the handle bars. Also leaks a little bit of oil (think it needs some easy to replace gaskets). Also has a rusty exhaust pipe. needs a new seat cover. I start it up every day and ride it around just to keep it going. Don't need it anymore. Any help would be appreciated. thanks. Here is some quick pics. I know it's ugly, I haven't had time to work on cosmetics yet. Just got it running right.

    Oh my....

It's not that bad. I've seen worse that's for sure. Why not place an add in the classifieds here or ebay it. Take the best offer.

I wouldn't expect to get more than $300-$400 for it...mainly because it's an '84 and doesn't have rear suspension. That gulf rain does a number on it when you leave it outside too

That's what I was thinking, I couldn't live with myself if I sold it for more than 350.

    HMMMM... You might get $400.

BTW: are those holes I see in the footpegs? You wouldn't of happened to have had Hondaline Rubbers at one time would you?
