Try and keep it all in one thread.... people here like that .
Yes .. alot of us know how to do that.
Have you done anything that would have affected the timing ? was it running before ? when did it last run ?... if you have a dry plug.. start there before you create more problems for yourself.
Currently :

Check the manual and see where the little dot on the cam gear is supposed to point to.

The day begins with 3WW
make sure the cam lobes are pointing down towards the flywheel while thr T mark on the flywheel is lined up with the mark on the case(baicly pointing straight up) put the cam gear on and line it up with the cam lobes, pointing down throw the chain on and whala timing in a nutshell.
