    Have crapola looking fork legs ?

    Just wanted to show how they can be cleaned up with a wire wheel, steel wool & some polishing. Took me about 1/2 hour.

    All I'm doing really is taking the weathered factory clear coat off. That's what makes them look so terrible & not the aluminum itself.

    why do they clear coat aluminum, besides to prevent oxidation? even that is easy to take off...
    1983 Honda ATC 200x-shes a beater

    Past Rides:
    1982 ATC Big Red 200e (miss it more than i thought i would)
    1985 200x rode it for about a mile

    I think?? exactly that and if they didn't by the time they got here from Japan they would be dull already.
