A question for all you Tri-Z freaks

I lost compression out at the dunes, so I figure when I tear the motor apart to get it fixed Ill go ahead and do some performance work to it, what do you reccomend!! My list inculdes, windowed piston, lightend flywheel, milled head and a good port job, the bike right now already has a 1985 atc 250R carb and a ansewer stage 5 pipe (all top end) or somthin like that. I dont want to powervalve it yet. Any thing else I should consider when doin the build?

the best upgrade i think, is to swap out everything minus the carb and put on all 1985 atc250r parts, that owuld make it much better all the way around.

What are you trying to do with it? Where do you want your power? Are you running dunes alone or is it more of a pleasure ride? You have to biuld it to suit different needs. The wrench report is a good place to start.
