Maybe if you gave people time and we could read what you typed/said, someone may be able to help you.

A clymers manual will tell you all the information you need.

There is no "washer" for the air/fuel screw (you are talking about the upsidedown slotted one right? ) you have to play with it n run plug chops till you feel its right, in =richer out=leaner...hope this helps...if its the same screw where talkin bout here..lol

go to www.partsfish.com and look up the diagrams for the carb.. easy to do.

I'll check my manual in about 20 minutes. yeah it's the air/fuel screw .. i beleive it has the spring and that wather on top so the spring does not dig into the carb body .... be back in a few.

ok specs for ATC 200.. plain 200..

    Model:PD 35C
    Main Jet No. 105
    Initial pilot screw opening 81 - 2 turns out.. 82 - 2 1/8.... and 83 1 1/4 TURNS OUT !!
    Needle Jet/Clip : 2nd gove
    Float Level : 0.49 in ( 12.5mm)
    Idle Speed: 1400 RPM + - 100

The pilot screw assembly should be

Bolt ... then put the spring on.... then the Flat Washer.. and then the RUBBER O-RING

then put all this into the carb... Turn all the way in until it seats.. don't overdo it as you don't want to crush the o-ring also make sure the old one is not still in there... or you will have problems.

Once you feel it bottom out slightly.. then turn 1 1/4 turns for the 83 and it should fire right up and you can adjust it after it's on the bike.

picture the carb in your left hand....

with the right hand.. put in the

    0-ring first.

    Then the Flat metal washer

    Then the spring

    Then the nut.

    That's the idle screw.

In all the way and then out 2 turns for starters... IN will make it idle faster..

OUT will slow down the idle.
