Hmmmmm.... do a better search on ebay. There's a NOS 200ES speedo mounting kit on their right now.... no bids last time I looked.... opening of $39.99 or so... or is it $29.99??? Anyhow... go take a look...Can't do ALL the work for you!

PS - The wires should "splice' into the same colors in the back of your headlight...

Looks like the black rubber and clamp that goes around the lower fork.... maybe something to do with the assessory outlet? Seems like that was a 83/84 Big Red addition... however, I don't think the speedo would interfer with it!I guess dblshockpower found it!
