    Service Honda parts look up

I can't get this ( http://www.servicehonda.com/test/index.htm ) to work. When I click on where it says here and get the next step, the "connect" doesn't do anything nor does the log on when I check it.

We have all the requirements with cable interenet.

    Can anyone help?

^^^ How is that helpful in any way????

Here's what to do. When you go to that connect area in a minute or two there should be a pop up asking you if you want to install software. You NEED to say yes or OK. Once you have that software you can connect. It says all this in the "click here to begin" page. Always remember, if it dosn't work for you, chances are it dosn't work for a bunch of other people to so they leave instructions.

yeah, he wants to know how to use it. You just say "it works for me"? if someboy is skydiving with you and goes to pull the shoot, but it dosn't go do you say "it works for me"? No you tell them how to pull the emergancy shoot right? Same basic thing here. Help him by telling him what you did so it works for you.
P.S. I didn't mean any offense or anything, just saw it as a pointless comment that helps nobody....
