    350x question

I just put new friction plates in the 350x. I put the clutch cover back on and the decompression cable is being a bi***. The cable is about the break, and the lever on the cover is not moving with the kick starter. I think if i take the case side off I can rotate the decompression shaft, so the lobe hits on the kickstarter shaft. What do you think?

Is the actuating cam inside the cover, on the kicker shaft, turned so that it pulls the cable properly?

Moblar is right. The little cam is probably not aligned correctly. There are marks on it to get it aligned right.
