    350x chain breaking

yesterday i put on a 14 tooth front sprocket to replace the stock 13, my low end was good enough.... the only thing i regret about it is that i cannot use my case-saver this makes me a little uneasy... what is the likeleyhood of my chain breaking?, i imagine there pretty slim if i keep it adjusted correctly... right? or has any1 had their chain break with out a casesaver? i may just change the rear sprocket to a 7% difference and use my casesaver, that would make me feel better.

Doesn't anyone make an aftermarket case saver that would fit over a 14 tooth?

the thing is so thin already i didint think there was an aftermarket 1 to fit in there it would have to be paper thin b/c this 1 is only about a 1/4 inch thick

You could put the 13t back on and your case saver then add 3 teeth to the rear.

I have a 14 on my 350x witha "stock" Honda chain guide still in place. All you have to do is Use a die grinder or Dremel with a burr tip and take 1/3 to 1/2 of the material off of the inside of the curve until it all goes together with out rubbing. Takes no time at all.
