No an exhaust off of a 83-83 wont work. The airfilter for the 86-87 is the same as the 350x.
The brake lights turn signals and mirriors wouldnt be a problem. The straight axle is, you have to put some type for diffrental on it so both tires dont always turn at the same rate no matter what.
