    85 Z fork oil

Anyone know what weight fork oil and how much goes in the 85Z forks? I want to drain them but don't know what to use and how much. My haynes manual just tells how to take them apart and that's it.

I use ATF fluid. My Yamaha manual says: Fork oil 10 wt or SAE 10w motor oil. Oil quantity 11.3oz. Std. air pressure is 0 psi and max is 8.5 psi. any other specs you need?
