Well theres no link, but a nice story..
a few years ago when my brother and I would go on tours around our place and to friends houses with our 185s with racks, so we took a old car seat and made bracket up. Came out of a 92 Honda Civic. Very comfortable, but not my best moment of safty let me tell you , I was always hanging on for dear life! Glad I didnt die. haha

Now for the ATC200 we use rubber straps and mount a 2 pillows on top of a peice of plywood. Very nice, but not as good as the seat.

I belive that honda makes one for either the Forman or the TRX somethin or another.....and it looks like it would fit on the rack with some new velcro on the rack...

The guy my dad got our first Big Red from had made a seat for the racks. We have since tore it by riding w/ passengers so much, but all it needs is re-done.. not much. I'll take pics in a little bit.

    Now that's cool!
Until recently, I rode the 185s just about every weekend with my son riding on the rear rack. We took a piece of 2x8 or 2x10 plank and bungee corded it on, then put on a pillow, then he attached one of those hunters' hotseats to his belt for extra cushioning. Worked just fine. Next week he turns 14, though, and he's now too big to ride comfortably that way. Too bad. It's the end of an era.

Time to get him a trike of his own!

Anyway I have a couple seats hanging around here... one was on the 200e, one was on the Big Bear. Just cut some plywood too th right size, then bring it to an apolster... they should make a very nice seat for you!

I will get some pics off the ones I'm talking about and post them up later.

Here is what it looks like.
The seat needs redone, but you get the idea.

They just took a peice of plywood, put some padding on it, and covered it with fabric. Then they screwed that onto the little bar that goes over your tool box..

Here she is on the trike.. notice the ducctape we used to cover the tear instead of re-doing it.. lol

Here is the underneath of it. I think the people that were making this were in a hurry.. They didn't do such a great job on this seat, and used cheap fabric.

All you need to do is go to a fabric place (I went to Joann's Crafts or w/e for the stuff I used on my 250SX seat), and get some nice fabric. The stuff I got for my SX seat was 7 dollars a yard, and that is enough to do 2 250SX seats.. so you could probably make four of those little "passenger seats" with that ammount of fabric.

I know the perfect way to make footpegs for the passengers... will post up later with pics. But you need to have a rare item in order to do it...

    Here are the footpeg-extenders..
I haven't got a chance to sandblast them and paint them, so they are all rusty and muddy still from when we took them off the Big Red.
They go on the footpeg like this:

They dont usually stick out that far, I just didnt want to put them on, so I just set them there.. you can adjust them to be however long you want it to be.. they can add about 4-5 inches onto your footpegs, or you can just put them on there to make the peg about 1/4 inch wider.

They are off of our Big Red, but I believe they will also fit many other trikes. As long as that groove is there to bolt them onto. I have never tried putting them on other trikes, but they look as if they would fit on my SX.. so don't hold me to that..

Here is the peg extender beside the plain footpeg:

This seems pretty cool. not as big as the ATV one's but has a nice back part.

Passengers on trikes suck.... Not so bad if it's a cute chick.. but in general i don't like carrying people on the rear.. makes the front way too heavy and kills performance !... but again.. it happens !

I do hate riding doubles on my trike. I can't go fast that way.. lol. Its a little easier riding doubles on my dads Big Red.. but I can't stand to ride the Big Red's after riding my SX. Oh well. The only person I ever ride doubles with is my girlfriend, and she doesn't weigh much anyway.

I bought a Deluxe rear rack thing at Walmart... Has about 3" of foam in the bottom and has a "*" shape of storage bags... adds very nice to the stock seat on my.. ummmm.... golf cart. However, when ever I get a Yamahauler to run, I'll switch it back on to that!
