    Sport bike motor in a trike, possible?

    Does any one no how much work it would take to put croch rocket motor into a trike. I have seen it done on quads. I see these sport bikes on crashtoys. com with farely good motors for a decent price and i know someone that has a 250r frame. Would some something like 600cc fit and to a 250r frame.

    600CC in a 250X Chassis

    This is my friend's CBR 600 engine in a 250X frame. It has a custom swingarm (copy of a 250R +6) and 400EX A-Arms. He had to totally custom fab the engine cradle, but there IS room for the conversion. BTW, it runs good, not great, as he used an older engine... much lower HP then the new generation bikes.     i remember in dirtwheels a year or so ago, there was a 85/86 250r with a kawasaki 750 engine, i believe it was aircooled though. i will have to dig it out.

    I've heard of a 650 into a 250x, i believe 2001, 400ex a-arms, and the motor fits in, just needs new motor mounts, and the rad supposedly fits in the front end, just needs a small bracket
    Caution
    Do not "POP WHEELIES" and run for any distance with the ATC. The oil capacity is relatively small and the oil will drain out of the oil pump area thus causing loss of oil pressure, resulting in costly engine damage -CLYMER

    Ive heard of a guy with a kawi Tecate with a suzuki 1000r motor in, it had frame mods and all the goodies. I myself was plannin on runnin a kawi triple but then i sold my potential drag bike.

    put on of those old 500cc, or 750cc Kawi 2-stroke engine in it!!! Then extend the swing arm, by about 18in, and frigan HOLD ON!!!!
