need help identifing this atc

will try to get to the guys shop this weekend and get the status on that swinger for you. im super excited about this new project i went and picked it up last night owner told me he hadnt started it in 5-6 months i kicked her over 1 time and she fired right up. idle seems a bit off and she smoked a bit actually a lot when i first started it big puff of white smoke maybe needs some rings not sure is this normal for 2 strokes this is my first one. will take a better look at it after work today.
