well....it probly does run hot, since its aircooled, and air in the fuel line to carb can be normal, just shake it around to get the air out, but it wont hurt anything....check the color of your plug, if its really light brown or white you have an airleak due to a cracked carb boot or something like that and it probly is running hot because it is getting too much air into your motor an d causing it to lean out, the only other way for air cooled motors to run hot under normal conditions would be to have a big bore kit, which tend to run a little hotter than stock....basically, check your plug, and if it is a coffee color, basically any possible coffee color, you are all set and it is running normally...
