no torqe on my 84 125m HELP!!!

and don't forget this is the 200cc models.. but after backing out all the way.. you go in either a 1/4 or 1/2 turn depending on the models.. ... ..... so it's not much.

then you lock it down with the outer nut.

oh i get it yeah i did it right but it still doesn't have any power so i'm going to take the right crankcase cover off and look at the clutch

I have an 84 and I pulled my tractor out of a mud hole with it with 2 flat tires. Its got to be the clutch, is it revving high but still not moving? Allso you could be losing compression or it could be sucking air. Check that out after the clutch. Can you go through all the gears? Allso check your clutch cable and clean your Air Filter. Look for clogs maybe. Thats all I know to do from here. Good luck. Dont give up the Honda 125 M is a great little Trike.

the engine runs fine and i did a compression test on it and it had about 140 psi thats ok right??? i can go through all the gears but it doesn't shift right half the time

Did you ever try holding the shifter up and dropping it into gear? When you do that it should set you on your back if the clutch isnt ****** up.

all that really does when the engine is cold is take the weight off the tire for a second but i can't get the crankcase cover off two scews r on there tightly!!

With those phillips screws... IF you are lucky you can sometimes take a dremel tool with a cutting disk and cut a groove for a flat-head screw driver.

Use a socket with a flat head bit so you can really push on it when you twist.

I've had good luck removing those screws with an old fashioned "impact driver" with a large philips bit installed. Don't hit it too hard, but it worked for me on my 90 and 110.

I think mines due for a clutch also it is hard to get into gear sometimes.

if the basket is fine, and the stee plates arent heat fractured, yes..all you need is the fiber clutch plates. soak them in oil 12-24hrs before * install them

hey i got the right crankcase cover off but i can't get the clutch apart the two scews are striped a bit

if * have extra screws * can drill um out if worst comes to worst. or use visegrips they can do just about anything
