that's a sweet ride dude! i like the gps as well and like said before i got to get me one of those. and i dig what you are trying to accomplish.i do alot of rough canadian riding with my sx and it sure bashes the trike up. at one time i wanted to pimp it up as well but then i would be afraid to go swampin.oh and as for those tires , my bud has a sx and he had the exact rubber and he installed a set of mud lites and he never looked back.

I remember the Carlilse trail pro tires as not being that great for wet stuff. I personally used to get the Buckshot mudders for snow and mud. I don't know if they can still be found.
What is the purpose of the block heater? I have one on my diesel tractor but never really had a problem with starting my Honda ATV's in sub zero northern michigan winters. All of my machines from the 100 up to the 85 250R were used down to about minus ten (-10F) with no problems.

I still think that you mounted that thing incorectly....... thet top part should touch the cylinder head somehow.
