If you want to do a few tiny things that will make the trike look ALOT nicer (believe me.. they do..),
    1) Paint the clutch lever/foot brake with Dupli-Color Chrome paint, or just a regular silver paint.
    2) Paint the foot pegs
    3) Paint the header/pipe and heat-sheild with high-heat paint
    4) Paint the kicker with the same high-heat paint (use high-heat because it holds up better than normal paint, and since the kicker is close to the header.. it will look good if it matches)
    5) Run some steel wool over the shiney fins on your engine. Get whatever paint off that is on them making the shiney-ishness of them look like crap. (You can see from the pic in my sig what you should polish up)

Just doing those few things (which will probably take 2 hours for all of it.. total), will make it look alot better. I did it on my trike and I was very glad I did. Made it look alot more presentable.
