    im stumped ...

    Man i want to order some parts but no one ever shows a 83 225dx ? its 86 and up ?

    They were made from 83-86. Maybe the catalogue or on-line listings that you are looking at only go back as far as 86????

    Help

    The 83 is the same as all other 225 models.Plastics are differant in color.Go to www.yamaha.com the have a part diagram page with blown up diagrams of all there machines.

    e-dog what cobra system do you have ? i cant find the one for the 225's?

    whats your part number and dose it come with a header pipe allso ?

    im gonna grab the carb kit and grab the system also i need some new reartires its been siting for like 7yrs .. i took it on a test drive and the back right tire blew out in 5th i thought **** my self for a second ...

    i guess it really doseint matter im just looking for some nice tires ill be rideing on the street alot then sand ... not to many mud spots here ... the wheeling on a trike still kinda freaky to me ... but i did it on my banshee and on my gsxr 1100 so this little trike rocks and its only 225 cc's lol ...

    i was thinking of those vipers but who knows?
