    A tasty concauction for meat

I was experimenting at lunch time trying to make a tasty hot sauce that would be good for my chicken fingers. Welp if you have the ingrediants give this a try sometime.

mix 3 table spoons of horse radish, 3 table spoons of hot sauce, and 2 table spoons of hot and spicy mustard. And if you like it a little hotter throw some of these peppers in.

yeah I'd say you got a collection . I got some of the stuff in the upper left hand corner (first 3 bottles) and have to say that the Jahopeno is nasty. The stuff I'm looking for is the only sauce that brought me to my knees out of 20 or so different hot sauces. it is called Dave's Insane Sauce. Says it takes tar off the driveway and I believe it! Had to put it on with a tooth pick when I had a hot dog once, needless to say one swipe was BAD! Let me put it this way I drink tabasco by the spoon full and that stuff after 1 bite had me crying for mercy.

The most mild sauce I found is either Louisianna hot sauce or Franks red "hot" sauce

That's funny. I use Frank's every morning on my hard-boiled eggs. It has really good flavor for cheap stuff. Good "hot" sauce is hard to find in Korea, unless it's some of their kind. Let me tell you, their stuff can shock you.

Franks definatly has a good taste to it. I wonder how korean hot sauce compares to Indian food (from the country of india). Their stuff it the sh*t if you want to burn your mouth off (and I dont mean food in indian restaurants I mean food made by indian Immigrants)

I like hot sauces too. Although I'm probably a light weight by most peoples standards. I dont know if you guys have ever heard of it but I had some stuff one evening at a friends house called "Scorned Woman" and the label read "Nothings hotter then a scorned woman" And it was HOT. It wasn't to bad the first couple bites, but after that it just kept building and building and got so hot I ended up drinking about 3 glasses of water before I got my mouth to quit burning (I did put it on like A1, so maybe thats why ). Normal Lousiana, Tabasco and most other cheap hot sauces I'll use to soak down 2 slices of bread and put a slice or to of bolgna in for lunch without even a drink. But that scorned woman stuff was hardcore, I haven't had anything quite like that since then.
