Hard to tell.. under the gas tank and i'm not taking my bike apart tonight to look !!it's 11 pm and i have not had supper yet !!
Looking thru my pictures i found this.. it's far... i might have better...
I don't recall seeing that on mine tho..... that blue connector does not look like a factory thing.. ( the one attached to the frame )

I was busy with photoshop trying to zoom in on your first pic. I saw nothing. And the other 2 pics show me that it shouldn't be there. Hmm. I never thought anything of it until now. Well I guess tomorrow I'm going to be checking out all of my electrical stuff and see what the deal is.

Could be anything from old hand warmer connections.. to a kill switch for leaving the thing out of sight and no one can start it or hot wire the key's ignition. etc....
people do strange things sometimes.

Yeah. As I can tell on this ATC. Some things have been done to it that I cannot begin to explain. Like gutting the exhuast and wrapping it in tin..
