    Time to get this thing going again I suppose..

    Well, I think the 350 has sat for long enough, ever since trikefest, all i've done is remove the motor, and its just sat there. first off, before trikefest or anything, heres what it looked like..

    http://img380.imageshack.us/img380/7672/x16zl.jpg

    Now, heres what I destroyed at Haspin (need to replace, if anyone has the parts, let me know)

    This rear brake linkage thing..

    front brake hose loop thing;

    Those are the 2 things that I need to get.. Other stuff I broke down there (that i allready have replacements for) is the chain slider, chain, rear sprocket, rear skid, clutch lever, etc. Just have to get around to getting everything together. Finally got some motivation today. First step is to finish cleaning off that haspin concrete.

    The motor is in pieces right now, and is getting a bore job and new piston. it has also been ported. Maybe a few other things will happen to it before it gets bolted in.

    One reason I have been lacking on getting it going, is because I just now finally paid off the first round of tickets from it

    Another pic of how it looks today;

    Tips, comments, whatever..?

    You read the same paper as me,.. watertown daily times right?, It was on the front page. If I must, I will show.. Just a bunch of BS, still fighting it in court, pretty positive im going to win, and the cop (loveland) is going to get thrown off the force (NYS police). Atleast thats what the judge and my lawyer say. Just takes time. It happened like a week before trikefest and its still going on. Next court date is next month.

    does it have to do with the 350x?
    Caution
    Do not "POP WHEELIES" and run for any distance with the ATC. The oil capacity is relatively small and the oil will drain out of the oil pump area thus causing loss of oil pressure, resulting in costly engine damage -CLYMER

    Fail to comply, and the MAN will strike you down! What a crock of ****. While girls are out getting raped, kids are getting kidnapped and molested, and shootings occur on a regular basis, the lazy pigs would rather harass an innocent triker! What a shame. Anyway, check with dannym44 on ebay, he is selling brand new 350X rear brake pedal assy's for $15 plus shipping. I bought 2 of them, can't beat it. He might also have your bracket.

    AHh,, Well this is a long one, i'll make it short as possible.

    One day. A few days before trikefest, I was putting some new parts on the X, so I took it for a little test drive around my yard. I Live on the very end of a dead end road. So having cars turn around in my driveway is a everyday thing. Well.. as Im cruising around my yard. i see a state trooper car coming slowly down the road, he gets close to me, he just looked over at me, No sirens, no lights, hand gestures, no nothing.. So i turn around and continue to make another lap around the house, and then head outback. I cruised around through the field for a good 20 minutes or so, and then ran back to the house. No cops, no nothing, noone is home. I grab my helmet and head over to a friends house (right down the road). I get there, and as soon as I pull in, hes yelling that he heard on the scanner that they have a warrant out for my arrest. I of course wonder, wtf. So to think over my next move, I head back to the fields (my niegbor owns it, private property, and i have permission to drive on it). As I am back there, I look over the hill to see my road, 3 cops rushing down it to my driveway. I was just completely confused, and getting in that mood where you think "well screw that, im out of here". I head down through the trails and just take a nice ride. come back to my house, again, nothing. So I park the X and head inside. I sat on my computer and started chatting with Billy (im sure he remmebers it). All of a sudden I hear a loudspeaker telling me to come out, and that they had a warrant for my arrest. I of course, went out, and got hand cuffed and thrown in the car.

    The end. Should I of just stopped and asked what was up? sure, yes. But when I'm in a situation like that, I sure as hell aint thinking straight.

    Now, the tickets I have had dropped so far. And the reason the cop is gonna be OUTA-HERE... First of all, the cop has had MANY complaints of being way to harsh, and writing tickets that serve no purpose. I loved the fact he put my handcuffs on so tight that I bled, The judge loved that, trust me.

    He wrote me a ticket for "failure to comply". My lawyer looked this up in the book, and apparantly, it has nothing to do with my situation, the violation is actually for when cops are directing traffic and somone doesnt do as there told. Judge dropped that, cop acted like a *******. The uninsured and unregistered tickets, they were dropped as soon as my neighbor came into court and said how I was on his private property and I had permission.

    Still working on the rest.
