Hey, i need to findout how much nitrogen goes in ta my forks and mono, i have heared like 400psi....but the guy was guessin. oh and its for a '83 ATC 250R, if it maters any.

well the light works (from the 200x) and most bikes are around 300psi, think i might buy a manual today!! lol
