Does West Coast still produce an aluminum extended swingarm for the Honda 350x?
If not, have they ever?
Website?
Does anyone else manufacture one of these for this model? I can't find any...
Thanks for your help guys.![]()

No, no, and no
I have yet to see a true mfg swinger for a 350x. a few people on here say theve seen them but i have yet to see a pic of one.
Yes they have, No they do not anymore.
Only one person on here that I know of has one. If you look in the old "3wheeling" magazines, you will see westcoast adds and they list the 350x.
Give me no lip and I tell you no lie.
-TF 05' , And cant wait till 06!
So what if its listed, has anyone ever seen one?

Hmmmmm, that stinks that there is nothing for this machine, as I'm sure there would be a market for it... Especially in the "plus length" sizes. We do a lot of fabrication/welding of aluminum intake manifolds around here and I'll see what I can do to build one of these swing arms.
Is the '86 the best model year to model after or is the '85 the same thing that I could use it instead? If they are the same, I can use my swing arm as the model, if not I'll have to find an '86 version somewhere...
Anyone have an extra '86 swingarm lying around I could borrow to look at if needed?
yes i will send you a 86 swinger if you make me a swinger in return
I appreciate the offer, but I don't want to keep the swing arm I'd be borrowing to looking at and the cost difference between a just buying stock steel swing arm and a hand-fabricating a custom, one-off aluminum extended swing arm would be *HUGE*..... To me, paying that kind of price just to "look" at something is not what I'm willing to do. Thank you for the offer just the same though, I appreciate it.
I may just poke around online and just buy me one to have here as a template, that way there will no obligations after it's return.![]()
I'll do it for cost of materials if you send it my way.Originally Posted by Xowner

I posted this elseware for those that are interested-
I'm looking for a good used, stock 1986 Honda ATC 350x rear swing arm. Cosmetics does not matter, nor if it has a few stripped bolt holes, threads etc, but would like to find one in good overall condition. Must *NOT* be bent/twisted and I'm paying good cash!
Thanx guys!![]()
I sent you a PM on the details.Originally Posted by 1DEADPRESIDENT

Thanks Mike, I thought I remembered seeing something like that way back then... And WOW, you must be a real magazine collector to have a 20+ year old issue still around after all of this time! That's pretty cool......![]()
