    DG starburst high performance head??

    Just wondering what the hell a DG starburst high performance head with electrics is......... this guy says it will go on a 83-84 250R......just wondering.....

    Thats the DG cool head if im not mistaken. Back in the day they were a form of liquid cooling for the air R's
    I only know of one person on these boards with one.

    I'd still rather get a new kit and pay more... hmmm... I will watch this one and see how high it goes. If I do get it I could always take the head off and sell the rest with one of those spare heads we have here.... hmmm...

    not really tryin to burst anyones bubble but I dont believe that is a water cooled head(I know they were made) but rather the DG high performance aircooled head. it looks a lot and I mean a lot like the one I have for my 83R. if you look it over really close, where are the water jackets at? where are the inlet and outlets for the water to pass through?

    I have two of those, they just have more fins,thicker fins and longer fins, than the stock head. It was suppose to make the cooling better back in the day. Don't know if they really work or not, but, I think mine look "cool".

    Uh dirt face, you wanna sell me or the other guy one??? Where can I get that water-cooled one at? I don't really think it looks cool, but if it keeps it cool thats all I want it for....... Thanks......

    I think I'll wait for a water cooled head... It'll cost more money but I think it'll be better for the "Old School Racer"
