here is the item number 4573255442, not a whole lot of details to go off of but what I can see is that it is extended by at least 3 inches and it has 3 or 4 different mounting holes for the shock. this is not a stretched factory, but a built aftermarket.

I have no idea what brand but if anyone knows, pipe up and tell.
