    Trike for my Sis

Im 16 and just got a Honda 350X. Me and my dad have been looking for a trike for my sister, we know the 350X is much to big, what do you guys think will work for her. Shes 15 and about 130lbs (ya, your not suppose to talk about girls weight, w/e). Thanks for any help.

Well what are you looking for? Do you want something small for her to just cruise around on, or something for the trails?
Id say anything from a 110 to a 200, depending on what you want it for.
110 or 185 for just cruising the yard and having fun.. or a 185 or 200X/M/S for trails.

Well I would shoot for a 200X. Not too much power but for her size it sounds like it would be a good fit. It also has better suspension than the 200m/200s, 185s. It is pretty much Honda's smallest sport bike.

    250sx....

    How about a 250SX.
They're VERY user friendly and sedate but still has enough get-up-and-go to make it fun for her and you guys as well.
I loved riding my wife's SX when I got the opportunity.
They're also a trike she won't get bored of and leave you guys searching for another.
    She'll tire of the 185, 185S, 200, 200S/E/M when she's trying to tag along with a 350X.
A 250SX is surprisingly quick but not uncontrollably quick.

She will wants something that is stable and easy to ride IMO she wont want the manual clutch as without its aload less work riding. she will 100% need something with suspension all round. And as MO350X said power will be needed but controllable. the SX would be perfect. Add reverse electric start and other goodies and its would be an elcellent trike for her.

SX is definatly the way to go. Put an ad in the classifieds and someone will probably respond.

The only probelm I could see with the SX is it being heavy, a little tippy, and a little big for a 130lb girl. Although reverse and a auto clutch would be a benefit for a first time rider..

Yep, I would say 200x or 250sx. Best bet would be to go with a 250sx. Even a 200x is dangerous for her to start on I think, if she has never ridden before.

Yes I would say either a 250sx, great for the reverse and electric start. Or An AutoX that way you get the great 200x suspension with an auto clutch. and great power to weight ratio.

Id have the same concerns about the weight of it. Id go woith a 200X, something she could muscle around, and something she can pick back up after she dumps it or gets stuck in a rut.

Stay away from unsuspended models for beginners. They are much harder to ride. Its the 110's and 125's that gave 3 wheelers the reputation that put them out of production. They take twice as much skill to operate, and they almost all have only rear brakes that are mostly of poor quality and totally inadequte (for midwest trails anyways).
