ATC 70 Pics. Partial Resto

Here is the 83 model ATC 70 that me and a friend have been working on. I brought it back home last night. I used aftermarket plastic, douglas wheels, and painted the forks and tank as close to match as possible. The seat was re foamed and covered by a guy here locally who specializes in muscle car and street rod interiors. Mediablasted the oem exhaust and painted it. I have a rear decal and am looking for the tank decals. We left the handle bar protector off, I think it looks better with out. Motor hasn't been cleaned up yet. Once thats done she ready for action.

In the second picture there is just something about that shot that makes it look not real and more like a toy you buy on the shelves at stores.

I guess it is because there is nothing at all around it?

My 4 year old daughter thinks its the coolest toy of all. Maybe once its dirty it won't look like a playtoy.

Looks awesome,i had them same tires and wheels on my 70 and it was a kidney breaker lol * deff sacrafice the ride for the looks when ya make that tire and wheel swap specially if your riding on hard terrian.

thats pretty sweet man, Th blue looks awesome. Is that front rim the same as the rears? or is specifically a front rim?

The front is actually the same as the rear. I ordered those from in2glamis. He has some of the best prices for those wheel/tire combos. Check him out on e-bay.
