who here has a gps and what make? i have a garmin map60c and i attach it on my bars when i ride..nice unit...just seeing who has one so mabey we can share tracks.

i got one, garmin etrex venture. it sucks. the batteries die just trying to connect LOL.
theres no way you can get it to connect under dense trees either.
my brother and another guy have some of the new magellen xplorist ones and they are way better. lock on in a couple seconds even in the thickest cover.

looks like you bought a gps that is only good for riding around in convertables. the garmin rino series is good and the map 60 series. they have a better antenna. i got great reception from mine in the forest where you can barely see sky. the rinos are really neat if you have a bud that has one too. you can communicate with one another. but the map 60 series is the way to go...
