Ive been playing around on Photoshop...

Well, here are my first attempts at changing the color on the Z. Kind of rough along the edges, but not bad to give you an idea of a color for a bike.

Ive got about 6 differant layers, one for every piece of plastic.

, do you know how to get rid of some of the yellow around the edges?

Here's a black one and a white one. I was thinking of making my 86 Z all white.

Ive been learning slowly how to use photoshop. what one do you use ? is it adobe photo shop. If it is on the tool bar down the side with all the tools. find the one called clone stamp. Zoom in pretty close to the area you want to change, then press ALT and click on the bit you want to source your matierial to be cloned from (close by to the edge helps colour matching) then just work away replacing the yellow bits with the cloned white bits

here are some colour changes and chops i have been doing. In one i havent quite got round to swapping a trike front end onto it. i cant find one to put on!!

As i said im still learning but ive come pretty far with some help in 4 days

I think that the white one looks really nice . wouldnt mind that colour scheme myself. Except it would be a constant battle to keep it clean !!!

With something that small, just enlarge it (enlarging works better than zooming, more pixels to work with) and airbrush the yellow out. It won't be noticable when it's shrunk back down to size.

Well the more I look at this Albino Z, the more I want to build it.

OK, I am putting the OEM Z on hold (not like it was moving fast anyways), I am going to start building the 86 up. Get lots of motor work done, I know My Trike Sucks has had a crap load done to his, I want to have a motor like his. This should be cheaper to do than the OEM one. OEM parts are too expensive for me right now.
