My SX had this type of leak on it and it was kindof hard to repair (it was hot and it would take too long to set) but I think it woud be able to be repaired as long as you know what you are doing.(As I didnt)

I had a second-hand ATC 110 once, and the guy before me used molten fiberglass around the seam. Never leaked once, and it was a 1982 model.

Hey Chris, I have a 200X with a leaky tank. Can that Magnum Steel stuff be sanded smooth? I would rather patch the hole than pay for another tank.

I guess you are asking me this question. From what I have seen, most good tanks on Ebay fetch between $30-45 plus shipping, which is usually a minimum of $10. I will gladly pay 1/5 that amount for something that works and I don't have to wait two weeks for or worry about even showing up.

it says it can be sanded, drilled, painted... all that good stuff. Gas and oil resistant. Good stuff!
