Nice truck. I've got a 77 I've been piddling with for a while. I'll try to get a link posted to some pictures of it. Right now the bed is off because I have been cleaning up on the frame and painting it. Hopefully working on the bed soon. It has a 69 Lincoln 460 in it (The GOOD early ones with the D0VE high compression heads) C6 tranny, Dana 70's front and rear (4x4). Its a monster and a half. Rattles like a coffee can full of rocks being dragged around a MX track though.

Those old 460's rock! I was driving an '88 F-250 with a 460 in it the other day, and I asked myself 'where the f is the power!?" my 86 F-150 with a 302 has more balls than that thing did!

i used to have a 87 cr 80 and i think that those older honda 80's are the most balzest 80's made

Thanks you guys, We have 4 of these 73-79 fords only one 4x4 though it is a 78 F-250 with a 375hp 400m crate motor with some headers but it has a flatbed on it trying to get my dad to put a normal bed on it, Then mine is a cross bread useing FREE parts, the cab and front clip are 78, 75 motor, 78 overdrive trans, 77 frame and bed, 79 9 inch rear with a locker, And a 73 F-100 title so that is what i call. The others are just parts trucks. If you can see i still need the right distrubitor (gear is sreaded, motor has 0 miles on it since rebuild) and a power steering pump braket.
I loved that little 80 till my friend rode it and messed up the trans, then i traded it for a 94 blaster that need a rebuild but turned out the crank was bent. Thanks James
