I don't know for sure how fast my 200x will go other than it will go faster than my ability to control it.

i understand the speed feel difference. My first step up from the 74' 90 was a yamaha Breeze. Now they are automatic, slow, and not the real sport quad but dang could she slide like a dream!! I dont know her top speed but i could never have enough room to get her to start revving crazy. You guys have to try that out...sliding a yamaha breeze

Edit: i was probably going my highest at 45mph and i swear i felt like i was doing 60+
    Rest in peace Rex Carlson

This post inspired my curiosity so this weekend I grabbed my GPS and whipped down a straight stretch of road bordering the land I usually ride. WFO I read 62.2 on my 85 with 22" Holeshots and stock gearing. Sixty two doesn't seem that fast on the road, but on the trails you're really flying!

Here's a couple of pics from the trails and some of the local wildlife, just for kicks.

    dinner time

Yummy Looking Turkeys there. 2 1/2 weeks till Turkey season here.
I hit a Turkey once on my Mojave going full out, but that Quad got smoked by lots of Trikes when I had her.

I posted a few weeks ago about using my GPS on my Tecate to see what it would say.

Im positive I saw 64.7 mph on it and thought I saw a 67. something but wasnt sure and was scared as hell. Looking down over the front end to read it with my face 2" from the bars made the Trike Vibrate pretty bad and all I had on was Shorts, helmet and slip on shoes.

Anyways I had posted that the 2 stroke oil I had just put in it made a Big difference in speed and power. Maybe not really alot to you all but if you had ridden on the 1st tank of gas and then the 2nd you would understand.

I think you may be losin a little power from the hole in your exhaust but your speed seems about right. Fast on a Straight Road, and plenty fast enough on the Trails to give you a scare now and then and keep you in check with staying within your limits.
