    Wrench Report Z Pipe

What benefits would this provide? Top-end, Mid, or Low-end?

    Quote:
    EXHAUST PIPE
Next, a section of the header pipe on the exhaust system must be cut out. Take a hacksaw and slice out a 10mm section from the right side of the pipe while it's on the bike. The cut should be right at the *-shaped section that bulges as the header section leaves the cylinder. Tack weld the pipe together, then remove it from the machine and complete the weld. Again, use extreme caution, and preferably, have an expert do the welding.

The $225 that DK sells them for is a little out of my price range , and I have yet to see a used one for sale. You said you noticed more top, is that with the mod or the DG? I did order the DG silencer for my Z, and it's gonna be in tommorow .

That was with the whole dg exhaust system. But now i have the phase 2 wrench report done too. If you ever have that done you will see alot more top end power.
