TriZ guys what size jet?

I ordered main jets from 400-500, but only got about half of them. I got 400, 410, 430, 460, and 490. I was using the 460 with the needle at the leanest setting and it still seems to be to rich. I just put the 430 in, but I'm a little nervous that it may be to small. I'll do a plug check when I go riding on Wenesday. What size do you guys run? If it is to small how long does it take to mess the engine up?

I run BM oil 42:1, dual stage reeds, no airbox cover, and uni filter.

back when i only had them mods i was running a 470 main witch is stock, with the clip on the second notch from the top. I never went below the stock size main on my z. to lean.
