At the end of the swingarm, where the bearing carrier is,,, what is the little bolt that screws into the midle of the swingarm for? It's in between the allen bolts for adjusting the chain. I have always wondered and I figure you guys will probably know,,,,,,, Thanks

It's there to stop the carrier from being over-adjusted. There is a casting on the carrier that hits this bolt once the chain has stretched too much. P.S. It also must be removed before taking out the carrier
