    what cam to get for a 86 200x

    I want a cam for my 200x, it has a 10.5:1 piston, ported/polished, 27mm carb, supertrapp exhaust and chassis mods too. I want something that has a strong mid punch adn some bottom, as well as some top end. I was thinking of a web cam, they have a race cam with

    VALVE
    LIFT .392

    DURATION
    IN DEGREES 284

    DURATION
    @.050
    IN DEGREES 260

    mega cylces cam requires you to sink the valves, remove rocker box material,

    it has a huge lift

    any other ones I should consider?

    you're kind of limited with your choices on that motor, you may want to call someone like curtis sparks, mickey dunlap or tom carlson, and ask them for specs. if they still remember or don't hang up on you lol. also, depending on how well you port flows at max lift, having a cam with too much lift adds to unecessary valvetrain stress.
