Go to goldenwestcycle.com and order one today. Do not know if you will ever get it. I called them and the genius on the phone could not explain why it was on their website. Claims to be for years 83-85:

I also saw some rear fenders for a Kxt250 new for $150 shipped. Should call on that. Also saw lefthand radiator shrouds for $18.
Is this stuff really still available?

As far as I know the antifade style axle nuts are available all day long as I have seen many sites selling those.
Like RAD:
RAD-LOC AXLE NUTS D.06
The original locking axle nut. Our often copied design is 6061 billet aluminum construction. CNC machined. Yellow Zinc plated allen bolts. Circlip washer included with Honda models. This circlip washer fits over the stock circlip, then the RADLOC fits on the threaded sleeve. Without the circlip washer this type of locknut is not effective for Honda models.
