Need a scan of a page in a 250r manual

Trying to figgure out what's up with the 85 carb we got on the 84 R. I think there's a part missing. If you can please scan the page in the 85 manual which shows the carb parts.

Here is the scan of the 84 carb: thinking it's #10 (needle jet) that's missing but we don't even know if the 85 had one.
