Please lay off the caps. It is very annoying and is also against the forum rules.

That is for sure a "Project". If you can find everything to build it then your a more dedicated man than me. Of course I have a Polaris in about the same condition, how ever I have MOST of the parts to built it, not to find time to do it.

Considering I see them on Ebay almost daily, for $200-$400 buy it now, your probably going to have a ton of time and money into it. But if your looking for a project then that will do it.

I found this that is complete and runs great, however needs some work, but far from a basket case. Paid 400 and it came with some parts. Please note that I was looking for a runner, not a total from-the-ground-up project build.

Sometimes those barebones "projects" can nickle and dime you to death. Good luck.

just rough estimate and this is finding the parts threw ebay

good engine 100 175 bucks easy
stator if the motor dont have one like 5o and up for a good one
working pullstarter approx 50 bucks and up
    good carb 50 and up
good non rusted/treated gas tank approx 75 bucks depending on condition
or cheap rusted dented tank 20 bucks
tires and wheels roughly 20 or 30 a pop
rear plastics depends on condition 30 bucks and up
    front fender 15 bucks
seat with a good pan and cover 60 70 bucks

i buy a ton of atc 70 parts threw ebay as i have rebuilt quite a few of them lil trikes, they can get expensive,id suggest a cheap running one but even they can be money pits my very first atc 70 i paid 350 for it and she ran for about 10 mins and died needless to say i decided to fix all the bad stuff on it threw beatrice atc and spent upwards 600 bucks in parts threw him ,new stator new carb new plastics seat cover foam.

You would be better off buying a cheap runner instead of a frame up build as far as cost goes. That I wouldn't pay more then a $100 for.

    more parts available

ok so he says he has the tank in excellent shape with awesome paint, all 3 wheels and tires in great shape, foot pegs, and the seat. So basically thats everything but the motor, exhaust, and fenders. He said hed take $285 for everything shipped. Not shure if i should do it or not but i really would like to have a 70 and can never find one close. If not ill prolly use the money to buy the new XBOX 360.
