Question 2 Q's, Keihin Carb's and Riser Plates

    hey,
does anybody know if the tops (where the cable goes through) for the Keihin PJ's are all the same, well like 30mm - 36mm bores?
    # 2; what charicteristics do Riserplates cause, ie low end, mid, top?

i thank you for your time!

On most carbs, everything is bigger or smaller from one size to another, so no, the caps are not going to be interchangeable from a 30mm to a 36mm carb. As for your riser plate question???I think you're talking about a reed spacer, which in theory, is supposed to add more bottom to mid range, but the difference is minimal at best.
