This is a bike that I never finished building from when I was a 15 or 15 (I'm 33 now). I still have it and it's mostly operational. The rear pegs have rusted off.

Its a Predator frame, Scorpion forks, RedLine bars, Pergrine Master "Graphite" wheels, Tuf-Neck goose and two piece sprocket, and a GT laid back seat post. My kids thought it was a heap til they saw me do a 180 off the bank of the driveway and a few other tricks. Now my 8 yr old daughter hardly picks up her bike and always is on mine. It looks rough, but still does its thing. Someday I'll do a restore on it.

This is funny because the other day I was searching through this dump on my property and found some very old huffy frames from the mid 70s. One has a banana seat, forks, crank. I was going to make it into a functional bike with another huffy but I just put it back up to the dump. There is also a very old bike from the 50's out in the woods. I think its one of the ones with the headlights. Not sure though, its been awhile since I've looked at it last. But those huffy frames are still in pretty good condition. Stip them and paint them and they will look like new. The banana seat has seen better days though.

350Xhilaration .........Yea you should! 18 years is long enough! I think you should get started on it right away and have it under the tree when it comes Xmas eve. You got 2 months...........should be plenty of time. Imagine the look ( ) on your kids face when you tell her it is the same bike!

What color would you paint the frame?

I may even have nice chrome forks for it, well my neigbor may that is. He was throwing things out L & R and I was like thinking WOOOOOOHA, SLOW DOWN on the chucking parts away, he doesn't even know if their worth anything and I didn't either but he was just putting them in the scrap metal pile!

Go get them!! The one from the 50's might be worth a good buck?

Can you get pic's of them? Need parts? I may be able to help!

I have two from the 50's also. They are in great shape with the dual headlights in frame . Actually, I don't have them yet but the guy has set them aside for me. 50 bucks a piece and I'll bet their worth 2-300 I can't wait to see what they bring on ebay. I bout a Sears..... Oh, man what was it called now??...........I think a Free Spirit (stingray style) from the 60's that is in such good condition that it makes me wonder if it is a reproduction but I don't think so, it is just that nice!!! That's set aside for me too!

Yeah I'll go get the frames tomorrow and clean them up and take some pictures. Maybe you can identify what kind of Huffy's they are. Pretty cool looking frames. The blue frame has a sticker on it down near the crank. That might give me some information as to what kind of Huffy it is.

Sweet looking bikes dudes. I have 2-Aluminum framed supergoose bikes, that are all together in perfect condition. One has old skyway tuff 2 wheels. I also have 1 extra aluminum frame that I would like to trade for an old 80's supergoose. The one's with the complete chrome moly frame, & the gussoted front frame tubes. I wish I had my old tuff neck from my first mongoose, They were bad ass necks. Does anybody have a picture of an 80's supergoose?

Boy, I havent heard the name Skyway in about 15 years.

I'm pretty sure Speedbump has a set of Red Z-Rims in the beasement. (Plastic rims with metal spokes for those of you that arent into this stuff)

I dunno if I'll do a restore on it or not...it was gonna be Hot Pink and Black back in the day...I primed it and cleared it while the primer was wet, kinda made a nice slate gray with a suede look. Now it's rust with a touch of crud.

A few weeks ago I replaced the rear axle with one from a double stroller (along with the calipers). Mine was seized and wouldn't roll. We were chucking the stroller, so I grabbed the tires and rims off of it and cannibalized the axles and calipers. So far so good. It's not going anywhere. Someday I'll finish it.
Not exactly high on the To Do list these days.

Get some pics of the supergeese (sp? )

Thanks a ton Huffa...I just went to bed and can't sleep...So starts my search for old school parts...grips, axle for the rear wheel, GT rear pegs, tuf-neck (mine's so rusted it prolly won't come apart) the chrome bolts that hold the two piece sprocket together, that's probably all I need.

Thanks again...11 PM and I have nothing better to do...riiight.

Well I actually have a nice extensive collection of 80's BMX freestyle bikes. I have a nice 87 GT Performer, 87 Dyno D-Tour, 87 Haro FST, 87 Haro Master, 85 Skyway Beat street(NOS green frame) and a non painted NOS Skyway Street Beat.

The mast and streetbeats are being slowly built up. I ride the GT and Dyno. FST needs bottom bracket work.

Scorpian forks...lol...check the scorp pics...mine was reddish like that one in the ad with the same rims Araya I think...anodized centers with polished aluminum sides...my frame snapped 4 times at the gusseted part by the neck. I learned how to do 360s on that bike...

So that's where the brake levers were supposed to go on my bars...
