I have a friend that owns a machine shop(Thank god).He machined down the carrier just a bit(like 1/32") then he closed the lower pivot hole and re-drilled the hole lower for proper pivot of the banshee carrier. He also had to slighlty grind the "*" on the swinger that the carrier has to pivot in,because it was hitting. The last thing he did was re-designed the adjusters so that he wouldn't have to shave any more of the aluminum off the carrier. He welded a guide on each side of the swinger for the adjusters to go through and we used adjusters that go on the outside of the swinger between the bolt and the swinger.Kinda hard to explain,I will take some close up pics if you would like them.He also machined me the gas cap on the zinger tank on top and cut down the filler neck because it stuck up there like a snake.LOL
It turned out awsome,I am very happy with the outcome.I was a little worried about making it work at first. This was the only way I could see it working with this new style banshee carrier. These carriers are a lot stronger, have two roller bearings and don't strip out like the stock Z and early banshee carrier. He is an awsome machinist.
