Still waiting for my rear master cylinder and adapters for the front calipers (250R calipers on 400EX spindles). I also need to install my Hinson clutch cover, front tires, and some other crap. I also had a hiccup with the rpm axle install. I need to get a 400EX antifade because the 250R antifade is too wide.

Hinson rear brake lever changed to a '96 CR250 for the frame
White '86 plastic upgraded to Red Maier plastic (took 5 months to get it from the US)
Dry Carbon radiator shrouds (how long will they last?)
Hinson clutch cover will get installed this weekend.

I just scored a set of Front Hiper's but the CR250R brake pedal is the main the main ietm that is preventing me from riding my project. I'll probably grab a set of rear Hiper's from motomahimahi on Ebay next week.
Also looking to get a Hinson clutch basket and pressure plate if anybody has 'em for sell.
