    250es Owners. Just a Headsup!

    For those who think you cannot pull the jug off a 250es with the motor in the frame, it can be done, I did it today, it just takes a little patience and manouvering

    mind telling me how? was there a way to tilt the motor over?
    1983 honda 70atc, als,ot done, need throttle cable and assembly. PM me if you have this.

    1985 honda es 250 big red.
    85 percent restore. 10x10 douglas 190's 22-11-10 at 489's. 12x7 itp c series 24-8-12 swamp fox. some accent painting. snorkel everything and a custom PCV system. moose air filter. cobra utility exhaust. 2.5 um wheel spacers.

    2002 scrambler 400 2x4 uni pod filter, lots of weight shaving, v force reeds, HPD race pipe, 39mm pwk or 34mm, 12-1 head, trail porting, custom clutching, hole shots on t-9s +1 all around. works shocks . trail bike with drag tweeks.

    and ,,,

    you don't need to take off the right side engine cover to replace the shift shaft on the es/sx on the left side of the motor (normally anyway).
    The last bent shift shaft change out I done I thought I could get away w/o removing the right side case. This time when I had a opportunity I tryed it and and worked out fine.

    unlike what the manual says ,,, just try the left side first and go to the right side if need be,

    I rebuilt a few 250es engines and never took the engine out of the frame
    2 strokes feel the power
