    1986 tecate plastic

Does anyone here know if the plastic for the 86 tecate is really still availible? I went on a few sites and none of them say discontinued. So I ordered a complete set. The only thing that came up discontinued was the gas tank, not even the frame said discontinued. Which I have to say was pretty cheap compared to honda and yamaha. Kawasaki parts aren't as much in gereral, anyway if someone knows for sure I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks denn

The right shroud and headlight bezel are discontinued. I found NOS on ebay earlier in the year and had to pay big$$..Since then, Hornetpowersports from this site has managed to pull off phenomenal replicas that he offers on ebay from time to time...I picked up a set and they are great...You'll need them when you get the rest of your new plastics...Alot of those parts websites show them as available, If you happen to find someone that has them you are very lucky- Good luck
