    Mini Pocket Rocket

I got one of those mini bike pocket rocket things for free. I cant get it running. It will start with primer in the engine it has massive compression and fat blue spark. I can't get gas in the engine for some reason. Does anyone know what I can do/whats wrong. Its a small two-stroke engine. Probably around 50cc's. Iv'e taken apart the carb, it is really clean, looks new. There's not much you can do with these small carbs. Thanks.

I got the same problem I took the carb off one of those little 50cc's to clean. Put it back on and it won't start. Got spark too. Did you put those two little black rubber gaskets back in the carb correctly?

Yah, Im pretty sure the gaskets are in there right. These carbs are pretty silly to me. They should of made them like normal motorcycle it would be much easier.

remove the plug.. pour a few drops of gas in there and give it a pull...

might be enough to get it going....

Thats what I meant by it would start with primer. I do that and it starts for a bout 1.3 seconds then dies. I can't keep it running.

Yah, took apart the carb already. Didn't need to be cleaned, but I sprayed it through anyway. I'll check the gas cap venting later. Thanks.

All i did was take the carb back off sprayed the heckout of it again... put it back on and it fired right up and stays running.

But I believe there were alot of air bubbles in the gas line.

Lol, I never even noticed that. I got it from some stupid immature kid so it doesn't surprise me. There was even the words, "(Bad Word) You" etched into a sticker on the front fender. I guess he thought he was cool or something? I keep forgetting to mess with the stupid thing. I'll work with it tomorrow.
